Dogs- Keep your things from chewing

Dogs- Keep your things from chewing

When you get a puppy, everything is new for both of you. You have to find a way to adjust and so does he. It is probably more difficult for you since you are at the end of the day a human, and you know some things better than a puppy.

Things get little bit “complicated” once your puppy starts changing their teeth, and that is the time where you have to do something about it.
You have to protect two things – your pet and your stuff and this is how you will do it.

When puppies get new teeth, a lot of owners experience problems with their chewing, because as every young dog, your puppy simply loves to bite and chew things. It is ok if he is damaging some things that are not so important to you, but when he is destroying something important like your shoes, than you have to figure out how you will handle it.

Treat your puppy as your child, a baby, so make sure he has all those attractive toys, especially rubber toys, because they are harmless and will be very entertaining for your small dog.
You have to know, that if you don’t want to use rubber toys, then you have to give him something that is pretty soft, because their teeth are a lot more sensitive than ours.
You also must change puppy’s nutrition, because he is still very small and you need to give him food that contains a lot of minerals and vitamins.
